UBC Virtuoso

Virtuoso is Adera’s 10th building in UBC’s coveted Wesbrook Village. These multi-family residences are built using innovative construction techniques and feature pine beetle killed lumber throughout the structure. CLT (cross laminated timber) panels from 3 to 9 layers thick are manufactured to spec before being shipped to the jobsite, where assembly takes place.

CLT panels replace concrete or traditionally framed floors and are lightweight, environmentally friendly and outperform concrete construction in both seismic resistance, fire protection and sound transfer between units.
